Conference Exhibitor Participation Policy

The following participation requirements apply to all SNUG Conference exhibitors and their employees or agents attending the conference.

Conference Sessions and Exhibitor Activities

All exhibitors may attend SNUG scheduled conference sessions as their time allows. These sessions may not be used for selling or promoting specific exhibitor products or services. Exhibitors are provided space in the conference area for this purpose as well as their own exhibitor conference session, if applicable, in which to promote products and services. The exhibitor is responsible for maintaining the Stewardship of the proprietary and confidential information that may be revealed at any of the conference sessions per the SNUG Conference Code of Conduct.

Presentations with School Districts

Any exhibitor presenting in partnership with a school district must hold that presentation during an exhibitor presentation timeslot.

Professional Conduct

Subject to applicable law, the exhibitor hereby agrees to ensure its employees and/or agent attendees will refrain from publicly disparaging, calling into disrepute, defaming, or slandering any individual or entity associated with the SNUG conference per the SNUG Conference Code of Conduct.
