SNUG K-12, the Schools National Users' Group, is a national community of K-12 professionals who support enterprise systems used in school districts and educational organizations across the United States.
SNUG is for K-12 professionals who work with district systems, operations, and processes. Members include staff working in areas such as finance, human resources, payroll, student information, recruiting, reporting, technology, and operations.

SNUG membership is open to individuals and organizations that utilize and/or support K-12 software systems and pay dues as established by the SNUG Board of Directors. Members may include school districts, educational organizations, and professionals who support K-12 operational, administrative, and enterprise systems.
Both individuals and organizations may become SNUG members. Each current Individual Member or Member Organization has one vote on matters submitted to the membership.

SNUG is led by the SNUG K-12 Board. The Board guides the organization, supports member engagement, and plans and executes the annual National Conference.
The SNUG Board includes officers and Directors-at-Large from K-12 districts and organizations across the country.
Board members serve three-year terms.
Board nominations are accepted annually and voted on during the Annual Membership Meeting at the National Conference.
The Board supports the organization throughout the year, including board operations, member communication, membership support, digital tools, vendor coordination, conference planning, and event operations.
