Includes a 6x6 space in the new SNUG Lounge where Marketplace Sponsors may sell items. This is a bring-your-own-everything space; SNUG does not provide a table, chairs, displays, or other booth setup items.
The conference hotel is the Westin Peachtree Plaza, with a SNUG room rate of $229/night plus tax.

For a full refund of sponsorship and/or additional attendee registration costs, written notice of cancellation must be received by August 14, 2026.
A 50% refund of sponsorship and/or additional attendee registration costs will be granted with written notice of cancellation received by September 13, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after September 13, 2026. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure for any reason.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from their organization.
