Please register each sponsor attendee with a unique email address. Each attendee needs their own email address in order to view the conference schedule and receive event communications.

Sponsor Expo and Sessions
Sponsor packages include access to conference events and meals. Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors also include sponsor session opportunities on Tuesday and Wednesday. Marketplace Sponsors receive a 6x6 bring-your-own-everything space in the new SNUG Lounge.

Need to Know

Refund and Substitution Policy

For a full refund of sponsorship and/or additional attendee registration costs, written notice of cancellation must be received by August 14, 2026.

A 50% refund of sponsorship and/or additional attendee registration costs will be granted with written notice of cancellation received by September 13, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after September 13, 2026. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure for any reason.

Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from their organization.
