For a full refund of Pre-Conference and/or SNUG National Conference registration costs, written notice of cancellation must be received by August 14, 2026.
A 50% refund of Pre-Conference and/or SNUG National Conference registration costs will be granted with written notice of cancellation received by September 13, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after September 13, 2026. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure for any reason.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from their organization.

Important: Although the SNUG National Conference and PowerSchool Pre-Conference are purchased together as a combo registration, they are separate registrations. Canceling attendance at one event does not automatically cancel attendance at the other.
In the event that either the BusinessPlus or the eFinancePlus Pre-Conference session has fewer than 5 registrants by September 13, 2026, that session will be canceled with a full refund of the PowerSchool Pre-Conference portion of the registration price, which is $600 for members and $700 for non-members. Cancellation of any PowerSchool Pre-Conference session does not constitute cancellation of the SNUG National Conference. The Refund and Substitution policy outlined above still applies to the SNUG National Conference.
