You must provide a Purchase Order number and a copy of your PO to cdiggs@k12albemarle.org if not paying by AffiniPay.
For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by September 9, 2023. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by September 24, 2023.
We regret there can be no refunds after September 24, 2023. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure for any reason.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your organization.
