Join us for the 2025 SNUG Conference and PowerSchool Pre-Conference sessions! Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this exclusive discounted combo, granting you full access to both events. Sessions will feature engaging topics for both Business Plus and eFinance Plus. Business Plus sessions will highlight Position Control, Payroll Calculation Codes, and System Administration Tools. eFinance Plus sessions will focus on Moving Data, Vendor Management, and Managing Employee Data. More detailed descriptions will be shared soon. Seize this chance to expand your knowledge and skills while making the most of this incredible offer!

Times for the sessions will run 8:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Check-in for the pre-conference sessions will begin at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast will be provided from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Registration is open to conference attendees and remotely for SNUG Membership districts.  

Please be aware of the following: 

1. This combo includes one half day pre-conference session and one conference registration. If you would like to register for more than one pre-conference session, you will need to register for each session separately to reserve your seat and an additional fee will apply.

2. A Purchase Order or credit card payment is required to confirm your attendance. 

3. Please note that you must register for your session prior to making payment. 

4. If you have any specific questions about the pre-conference, please contact ERPServiceSolutions@PowerSchool.com

Cancellation Policy:  You will need to notify PowerSchool at least 10 days prior to event if you are unable to attend your registered session.  Otherwise your district will be invoiced for the session.  Also, cancellation of registration for the Conference itself does not cancel your registration for the Pre-Conference sessions.  Please email ERPServiceSolutions@PowerSchool.com with any cancellation notifications or questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration for a Pre-Conference session does not register you for the conference itself. 

  

Refund and Substitution Policy

For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by August 14, 2025. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by September 13, 2025.

We regret there can be no refunds after September 13, 2025.  Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure for any reason.

Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your organization.
