2023 Pre-Conference Sessions

Registration

  • Join the PowerSchool Services team for a review of GL and JL structure,
    budgeting, finance/payroll postings, reporting, purchasing, accounts payable,
    accounts receivable, journal entries, budget sets and so much more. Walk
    away with ideas that will allow you to examine your current financial
    operations and become more efficient and effective. This session is
    ideally suited for those who have any responsibility within the areas listed.
  • Join the PowerSchool Services team for in-depth training to help you understand
    your current setup and empower you to make changes should the need arise. The
    subsystem interfaces that will be covered in this session include accounts
    payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR)/cash receipts (CR), fixed assets (FA),
    stores inventory (SI) and payroll (PY). This session is ideally suited for
    those who work with setups in any areas of the subsystem listed.
  • Join the PowerSchool technical services team who will take your IT Security
    Administrators through the BusinessPlus User Security Module. This session is
    best suited for technical and system administrator professionals at all levels
    of your organization. This is a great refresher course on all BusinessPlus role
    base security best practices.
  • Join the PowerSchool services team who will take you through a deep dive of the
    New 22.4 Features within the Fund Accounting Module. This session is also perfect
    for anyone who would like to learn all about the new features in 22.4— fund
    accounting. Come see what you have been missing!
  • Join the PowerSchool services team who will take you through a deep dive of the
    New 22.4 Features within the HR and Payroll Modules. This session is also perfect
    for anyone who would like to learn all about the new features in 22.4—HR and Payroll.
    Come see what you have been missing!
  • Join the PowerSchool services team who will take your accounting personnel through the
    Fund Accounting Module in eFinancePlus. This session is best suited for financial and
    accounting professionals at all levels of your organization. This is a great refresher
    course on all eFinancePlus fund accounting processes.
  • Join the PowerSchool services team who will take you through the Student Activities module.
    Learn how to set up your activities, provide specific access for your Activity Sponsors,
    and process transactions. This session is ideal for those working with student activities
    either directly or indirectly in some capacity.
  • Join the PowerSchool technical services team who will take your IT Security
    Administrators through the eFinancePlus User Security Module. This session is
    best suited for technical and system administrator professionals at all levels
    of your organization. This is a great refresher course on all eFinancePlus
    role base security best practices.

Get the most out of the conference by adding Monday PowerSchool Workshops!

Attend one of our half day sessions for only $325 each!  Times for the sessions will run 8:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Check-in for the pre-conference sessions will begin at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast will be provided from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Registration is open to conference attendees and remotely for SNUG Membership districts.  

Please be aware of the following: 

1. If you would like to register for more than one session, you will need to register for each session separately to reserve your seat.

2. A Purchase Order or credit card payment is required to confirm your attendance. Your district will receive an invoice from PowerSchool to provide payment. POs for the pre-conference sessions should be made out to PowerSchool Group LLC, 150 Parkshore Dr., Folsom, CA 95630

3. Please note that you must register for your session prior to making payment. 

4. If you have any specific questions about the pre-conference, please contact ERPServiceSolutions@PowerSchool.com

Cancellation Policy:  You will need to notify PowerSchool at least 10 days prior to event if you are unable to attend your registered session.  Otherwise your district will be invoiced for the session.  Also, cancellation of registration for the Conference itself does not cancel your registration for the Pre-Conference sessions.  Please email ERPServiceSolutions@PowerSchool.com with any cancellation notifications or questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration for a Pre-Conference session does not register you for the conference itself.
