    Refund and Substitution Policy

    For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by September 1, 2022. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by September 18, 2022.

    We regret there can be no refunds after September 18, 2022.  Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

    Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your site.
